Orders early for Christmas
The team at Santa Stocking highly recommended ordering as early as possible for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Postage
Postage within the UK is free of charge. International postage is available at a small cost dependant on quantities ordered. Please contact us for further details.
Delivery
All personalised stockings will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In order to ensure the highest quality, we aim for max 10 day production turnround except at peak times when this may be extended.
Following production, delivery is normally within two or three days, but please allow 5 days for delivery after production. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Please order by December 1 to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Returns
Hopefully you will be entirely satisfied with your personalised stockings. However, just in case, faulty or incorrect items that do not meet the order may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the stocking free of charge as soon as possible. Return postage cost is covered by the customer.
